The score comes from the classical muhurta rules described above — a written system that has been applied for centuries. Every factor names the rule it used, so nothing here is a black box: you can disagree with a judgement and see exactly which rule produced it.
It is not a statistical prediction, and we will not dress it up as one. Nobody can show, from birth charts, which moments produce good lives — there is no dataset of outcomes to learn that from, and a collection of famous people cannot supply one, because they were gathered for being notable rather than for being happy. What we can tell you honestly is that a moment scores well by the traditional criteria. That is what this page reports.
